I would also like to tell you that I bought your blood pressure management mp3 a few weeks ago and been have getting great results. In fact did not expect very much and was rather skeptical when I browsed by accident into your page. I only bought it because it didn´t cost very much so I thought there was no harm in trying. I´ve had high blood pressure, controlled by medication but nevertheless the systolic pressure frequently strayed into 140-150 territory. However after listening to the mp3 I´ve gotten the lowest blood pressure readings ever in my life (a rather incredible 110/68) after one session and if it continues to have this effect I will have to go see my doctor to lower my dose of medication :-) I even borrowed another blood pressure monitor to see if there was something wrong with mine but there wasn´t.

To extend my earlier remarks on the interview CD I purchased last year, I find I am still using it. Though I am no longer interviewing, and I'm not using the very effective NLP tracks on the first part of the CD, the trance work at the end of the CD is one of the best general confidence building sessions I have experienced.
