A Short Course in Self Hypnosis (originally a 2 CD set and now available in MP3 format) consists of three audio lessons, with accompanying notes. The lessons take you through the stages of self-inducing trance in a variety of ways, deepening trance and then creating lasting changes through the use of suggestion, metaphor and mental rehearsal.
