Safe
In a deep state of relaxation, you are able to allow your self to take on positive suggestions. You remain in control and free to act at all times. The choice to relax into trance is yours and yours alone.
Natural
You drift in and out of trance all the time. You may have had the experience of being so engrossed in a book, or film, that you didn't hear someone calling your name. Or of having driven several miles without recollection. This is trance, and in hypnosis we simply exploit these states to our benefit.
Pleasurable
Again, think of a time when you were so completely engrossed in something. This is a naturally pleasurable state, which is why we use the terms "entrancing".
Therapeutic
The state of deep relaxation induced in trance is a profoundly healing state in its own right, allowing mind and body to find its own equilibrium and encouraging harmony with the world around us.
