How would it feel to see a pattern of healthy, regular exercise building in your life right now?
Many people come to me because they want to exercise yet don’t seem to have the motivation to do so on a regular basis. The reasons for wanting to exercise are probably as many in number as the number of clients I see, but some come because they partake in a particular sport or event and want to excel, some because they are returning to sporting activity after a period of absence. Others come because they just want to become generally fitter and healthier, but haven’t established a pattern or routine of exercise in their life.
This session consists of two tracks. The first is a general hypnosis session that combines hypnotic suggestion with creative visualisation and NLP techniques to assist you in establishing that pattern and to build motivation, both for the activity of exercise, and for the goal. This may be enhanced sports or athletic performance, or it may be general fitness, but it will be specific to you though it may change with time.
The second track is a short session, a pump up session if you like, to prepare you for exercise. Designed to motivate and to enhance the enjoyment of the activity of exercise, it is just 10 minutes long and intended for use within the half hour or so before you exercise as part of an exercise preparation and warm up routine. Think of it as a warm up for the mind.
